Frank Chester Gutowski, born Oct 19, 1947, son of Chester Gutowski and Frances (Panzini) Gutowski, father of Christopher Gutowski and Robert Gutowski, grandfather to Christian, Alex, Xavier, Gavin, Merida Gutowski. Brother to Vincent Gutowski, Robert Gutowski and Bernice Gutowski.
I corrected the post as this is Sister Julia. I also noticed the steps were in the back yard of 2903 May Street, Castle Shannon PA. It was the home of Chester and Frances Gutowski and Vince, Frank, Robert and Bernice their Children. Dad love to hold outside gatherings in the back yard. Still doesn’t help with who the baby is but the date was in 1962 so that makes the baby most likely born late 1961. Kind of looks like a Juarin to me, maybe Nancy?
